Later, she mastered personal insurance under her uncle at Jack Martin Insurance Advisors before honing her expertise in commercial insurance with top agents in Maryland. Now, as the owner of Full Sail Insurance, Lauren is a trusted advisor to small businesses, specializing in protecting their most valuable assets. Her relationship-first approach ensures clients receive dependable, timely service. Outside of work, Lauren is actively involved in her community, coaches her kids' sports teams, and cherishes time with family and close friends.
